I developed my passion for sports since I was young, I always liked running, athletics and soccer. I was always very competitive and I never liked to give up. Losing was never on my mind, but you have to lose to win. I developed a lot physically and more mentally through all those years gaining experience and studying methods that really work for physical development. Nowadays I see fitness as part of my life, I cannot live without it, much less not take care of my physique and mind. I'm super excited to have you all joining this program & our community.
